The Art Therapy Process

Art Therapy combines visual arts and therapy. It has been successful in improving mental health, treating physiological distress and supporting physical and emotional well being.
Art Therapy is for everyone. Clients only need an interest in playing and exploring with creative materials to participate. In Art Therapy the emphasis is on the art making process and less on the finished product.
